If your automated character transfer has failed, Customer Service is notified and will contact you for further assistance. Contact from an agent may take 1 to 3 days. There is no need to submit a ticket, however if you would like to provide additional details, please make sure to include the character's name and server that you experienced difficulty with transferring.

Manual character transfers have been deactivated. If you would like to have your character transferred using the automated services, please visit the LOTRO market here to purchase your Transfer token, and then here to have the character transferred.
