If you are receiving the error message “Authentication Failed, please try again later” when attempting to log into the game, it may be caused by a few different reasons, the most common of which is a recent recurring subscription charge not processing successfully.
To resolve this issue, please log into https://myaccount.turbine.com with the same Username and Password that you use to log into the game and click the 'Resume' link located within your Asheron’s Call subscription pane. Be sure to verify that all card information entered is accurate to prevent the transaction from failing.
If your subscription has already been resumed and you still receive the error message, please log into https://myaccount.turbine.com with the same Username and Password that you use to log into the game and click the “Change Password” link at the top of the page. Follow the steps to change your password and try to access the game again.
